Lyophilized peptide powders maintain their integrity best in cool, dry environments—ideally at 39°F when refrigerated, or between 59–77°F at room temperature in sealed, light-blocking containers. Protect them from moisture, heat, and direct light to preserve stability and effectiveness. After reconstitution, refrigeration requirements vary by peptide type. Refer to relevant research guidelines for specific storage protocols.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our compounds are manufactured and rigorously tested at local and globally facilities. We partner exclusively with facilities that deliver superior quality at competitive prices.
Are purchases final sale?
We currently don’t accept returns. However, we stand behind our products with damage protection. If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us with photos and we’ll send a replacement right away. Photo documentation is required to process claims.
When will I get my order?
We ship order placed before 3:00pm PT the same day. Orders after 3:00pm PT ship the next business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. Delivery times depend on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is the return policy?
