1. General Policy Steps Peptides is committed to customer satisfaction. All purchases are subject to the terms set forth in this Return & Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
2. No Returns All sales are final. Steps Peptides does not accept returns of any products once a purchase has been completed.
3. Damaged or Defective OrdersNotwithstanding the foregoing, Steps Peptides provides damage protection on all orders. In the event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify Steps Peptides within a reasonable time of receipt and provide photographic documentation of the damage. Failure to provide adequate photo documentation may result in the denial of a replacement claim. Upon verification, Steps Peptides reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a replacement for the damaged item.
4. Reconstituted Products Reconstituted products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances due to the nature and handling requirements of peptide-based products.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Misuse or improper handling of the product
- Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with provided instructions
- Change of mind following purchase
